Also note that searching for "John Smith" will give everyone that has "John" in their name as well as everyone that has "Smith" in their name. So it will find "John Doe" and "Kelly Smith". Also it will find anyone called Johnson, Smithson, Blacksmith etc.

Likewise, searching for "Ed" will find Edward, Fred, Eddie, Ted and Edwards.
