| I am an Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) Level 3 (Advanced) Practitioner
and Trainer in Mooloolaba, Queensland. It is my dream that the skills I've learned in my life's journey - and will continue to learn - will enable me to facilitate the mind-body healing of many people through the use of EFT, so that we can all lead a purposeful, fulfilling and happy life and be healthy emotionally and physically. EFT is an amazingly simple tool that is easily learned by people of all ages. Once we have this simple tool, we can use it to deal with most physical and emotional issues ourselves - how empowering is that! At times, it may be useful to consult an EFT Practitioner who is skilled in more advanced EFT techniques when you don't appear to be achieving the results you want when using EFT by yourself. I am available for one-on-one consultations: face-to-face, via Skype or the telephone. I also teach AAMET Approved Levels 1, 2 and 3 EFT through workshops and am happy to travel to conduct workshops.
