AAMET Event Listing

If you wish to add an event, meeting, EFT training class or CPD course onto the AAMET site, please first read through the Event Listing Terms and Conditions below.  This gives important information about what types of event may be listed along with information about what types of events incur a cost and which may be listed Free of Charge.

Annual Purchase.   This is for people who have a number of events/training courses etc. they wish to list. The cost is £50 for the year and you may add an unlimited number of events.

AAMET Event Listing Terms and Conditions:


There are two types of events:

1.      Free of charge events.  (FOC Events)  ie events that do NOT incur a listing charge from the AAMET

2.      Chargeable events.                           ie events that DO incur a listing charge from the AAMET.

 What events may be listed?

• All training events may be listed (see exceptions under rules below)
• Events are listed at the discretion of the AAMET. 
• Non EFT courses can be advertised as "CPD" courses/events.
• Gatherings and Masterclass events must indicate whether any profits are going to the AAMET to avoid confusion.

 What are  Chargeable  Events?  

• All training events are considered as “chargeable events” regardless of the cost to the participant.
• If attendance at an event costs over £20, then listing the event is considered to be a “chargeable event”.

 What are FOC Events?  

• If attendance at an event costs £20 or less, the event is considered to be a Free of Charge Event and may be listed on the AAMET site free of charge.
• AAMET meetings, gatherings, conferences and other AAMET sponsored events will be listed by and funded by the AAMET.

 Who can list events?

• Any AAMET paid-up member may list FOC events.
• Any AAMET member whose membership level is at least Practitioner may list ‘chargeable events’.

 What are the  listing c harges ?  

• Members may list unlimited ‘FOC Events’ for free.
• There are two payment options for the listing of Chargeable Events:
• £10 per item for listing events up to one year in advance. Or…
• £50 per year to list an unlimited number of events for that year.

 The Listing  Rules

• Events may not be listed further in the future than one year after the day that years listing fee was paid.
• All courses MUST have a start and end date.
• Only Paid-up members of AAMET may list events.  If a member’s membership has lapsed, or if a member is suspended from the AAMET for any reason, all future events listed by that member will be removed. No refund will be given.
• Events may only be listed once.  Duplicates will be removed.
• Events will be categorised into those that are private, and those that donate a portion of the profits to the AAMET.
• Certified EFT Level 1, 2 and 3 Training courses for associations other than the AAMET may not be listed. 

Events that do not comply with the above rules, or that are in contravention of the AAMET Code of Conduct and Ethics will be removed from the lists.  No refund will be given.
