How to submit a Case Study/Article

As  part of the membership it’s great to share your experience, knowledge and insights with other AAMET practitioners and readers through written articles, case-studies and items either for the Website or our Newsletter/Magazine.  Unlike some websites, we do not bind you with any legal disclaimers but we do ask that you read through ALL the important information below before submitting your article which you must agree to before we publish.

Here are some guidelines to follow in order to preserve your article, where we need only make changes in accordance with the allotted space.

The Guidelines

  1. Please ensure you own the copyright of any writing you submit or have full permission from the original author/s, including co-authorship.
  2. If your article has been published elsewhere please consider Google Webmaster Tools information regarding duplicate content before re-submitting to AAMET.
  3. We do encourage you to let your personality shine through, so take the time to develop your own style.
  4. Please reduce our workload by ensuring the format is consistent and check for spelling and grammatical errors prior to submission.
  5. Think about how it comes over to the reader. The team appreciates you taking time and effort to submit a final draft especially as we’re all volunteers!
  6. Consider whether it’s becoming ‘wordy’ by containing more than is really necessary
  7. If you are submitting Case Studies, please ask for the client's permission to have it published. Alternatively details may be changed slightly to protect the client.   Ensure the client’s details are kept anonymous and be sure they cannot be identified.
