The AAMET is made up of the Executive Committee (AEC) and supported by sub-committees. The sub-committees undertake tasks given to them by the AEC and they're proposals are submitted to the AEC for consideration and put to a vote - which in some instances will include members' votes. In the case of any dispute, the casting vote is given to the Chairperson. All members of the Committee are unpaid volunteers who work for the good of the Association.
